BLOQ Social Community Guidelines

The rules that keep BLOQ Social trusted, useful, and safe for everyone.

Effective 2026-06-01

These guidelines apply to everyone using BLOQ Social — readers, posters, project teams, advertisers, and moderators. They're enforced platform-wide regardless of follower count or reputation. We update them as the community grows; material changes are announced via in-app notification.

§1Authenticity & Impersonation

  • No impersonating projects, founders, exchanges, official accounts, or other users.
  • Parody / commentary accounts must be clearly labeled in profile.
  • Verified badges (BLOQ Score / project verification) cannot be faked or claimed without going through verification.
  • Reporting impersonation: use the in-app report button, or email support@bloqsocial.com.

§2Scams, Fraud, and Theft

  • Banned:fake airdrops, fake presales, fake giveaways.
  • Banned:phishing links, wallet-drainer URLs, fake "support" DMs.
  • Banned:rug-pull schemes, exit scams, malicious smart contracts shared as legitimate.
  • Banned:fake "official" support accounts pretending to be exchanges, wallets, or projects.
  • Banned:impersonating BLOQ Social staff or moderators.
  • You should never share seed phrases, private keys, or send funds to "verify" any account. BLOQ Social and legitimate projects will never ask for this.

§3Market Manipulation

  • Banned:coordinated pump-and-dump campaigns.
  • Banned:paid shilling without sponsorship disclosure (use the sponsored-content tag).
  • Banned:spreading false information to move prices.
  • Banned:front-running, wash-trading promotion, or sharing nonpublic material information obtained through privileged access.
  • All token predictions and analyses are opinion. Posts that imply guaranteed returns may be removed.

§4Harassment, Doxxing, and Threats

  • No targeted harassment, hate, or bullying of any user, project, or group.
  • No revealing real names, addresses, employers, family members, or other private info of any user without their explicit consent.
  • No threats of violence, in any context.
  • No content sexualizing minors. These reports are escalated to law enforcement immediately.

§5Hate Speech and Illegal Activity

  • No content promoting hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
  • No promotion of illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, child harm, or other criminal activity.
  • Discussion of regulatory developments is welcome; promotion of evasion or money laundering is not.

§6Spam and Low-Quality Content

  • No mass-tagging users to artificially boost engagement.
  • No engagement farming via misleading hooks.
  • No mass-posted identical content across communities.
  • Automated / bot accounts must disclose their automation in bio.
  • Excessive promotional content from a single account may be rate-limited.

§7Financial Information and Disclaimers

  • Content on BLOQ Social is opinion and discussion, not financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
  • Sponsored content, affiliate links, and any paid promotion must be disclosed using the platform's sponsored-content label.
  • Influencers and creators receiving compensation for posts must disclose under FTC-style rules (assume your jurisdiction applies).

§8Verified Projects and Project Pages

  • Project pages may only be claimed by verified team members.
  • False claims of project affiliation are treated as impersonation (see §1).
  • Project announcements should be accurate; intentional misinformation about your own project may result in loss of verification.

§9AI-Generated and Automated Content

  • AI-generated content (text, images, audio) must be labeled when used as primary content.
  • Automated posting tools must be disclosed in the account bio.
  • AI-generated content imitating a specific real person is treated as impersonation.

§10Reporting, Enforcement, and Appeals

How to report

What happens after a report

  • Reports are reviewed by the moderation team (turnaround varies; safety-critical reports prioritized).
  • Action ladder: notice → temporary suspension → permanent ban.
  • Severe violations (active scams, CSAM, doxxing, credible threats) bypass the ladder and result in immediate action.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was incorrect, email support@bloqsocial.com with your username and the action taken. Appeals are reviewed within 7 days.

Moderators and BLOQ Social staff have final discretion. Guidelines are enforced platform-wide regardless of follower count, BLOQ Score, or project affiliation.

These guidelines may be updated. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification.
